VEGAN Pancake & Waffle Mix

Fluffy, sweet and delicious, these pancakes are sure to please. Or, make a batch of tender, crispy waffles, freeze, and pop in the toaster for easy, wholesome breakfasts on busy mornings!

Ingredients: Organic Cassava Flour, Tiger Nuts, Coconut Milk Powder, Organic Coconut Flour, Baking Soda, Himalayan Pink Salt, Cream of Tartar, Cinnamon 

Directions

Oil
Maple Syrup
Water
Apple Cider Vinegar

1. In a large mixing bowl, stir eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. Pancake and Waffle Mix together with oil , maple syrup and water.

2. Once batter is combined, mix in apple cider vinegar.

3. For pancakes, cook over medium heat on lightly greased skillet, flip once and enjoy! 

For waffles, pour batter into lightly greased waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Enjoy!
