Vanderbilt University and Eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. have teamed up to offer allergy-friendly baked goods for students at one of Vanderbilt's fastest growing residential restaurant concepts on campus.
The Power Plant in Vanderbilt's E. Bronson Ingram Dining Hall focuses on whole, unprocessed foods, fresh juices, global meats, and local produce. Through use of Eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R.’s baking mixes, innovative chef Julien Hicks creates pancakes, muffins, and a variety of desserts that are all free of the Top 9 allergens.
