Made Without the Top 14 Allergens

Our facility is free from the 14 most common allergens, making our mixes safe for those with multiple dietary needs. Here’s what you’ll never find in eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. products:

1. Peanuts – Absolutely no peanuts or cross-contact.
2. Tree Nuts – Almonds, cashews, and all other tree nuts are excluded. Coconut is also excluded!
3. Milk/Dairy – Our mixes are 100% dairy-free for lactose intolerance and milk allergies.
4. Eggs – There are no eggs produced in our facility, and we do not require the end baker to add eggs either!
5. Wheat – Avoided completely, plus our mixes are Certified Gluten-Free.
6. Soy – No soy proteins, lecithins, or artificial additives.
7. Fish – We do not use fish products.
8. Shellfish – We do not use shellfish products.
9. Sesame – With sesame now a major allergen, we proudly keep this out.
10. Mustard – No mustard or mustard seed ingredients.
11. Celery – Free from celery and celery derivatives.
12. Lupin – This legume flour is never used.
