For years, eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. has brought freedom and joy directly to consumers through Amazon and its own website. Now, the company is taking its mission beyond the home kitchen—and onto menus in universities, hotels, resorts, and K–12 schools across the country.
The move into foodservice represents an exciting new chapter for Eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. By offering several of its popular baking mixes in bulk foodservice formats, the company is helping institutional kitchens serve delicious options to guests and students with food allergies, autoimmune conditions, and other dietary restrictions.
Eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. is now proudly working with leading universities, including Vanderbilt University, Virginia Tech, and the University of Notre Dame. These partnerships allow campus dining teams to offer pancakes, waffles, cookies, and other freshly prepared favorites that are made without the Top 14 allergens.
The company is also gaining momentum in hospitality, with orders from Marriott hotels and Great Wolf Lodge resorts. In these settings, inclusive food is about more than accommodating a special request. It is about ensuring that every guest can participate in the full experience—from a hotel breakfast to a family vacation treat.
This summer brought another significant milestone: Eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. began working with a K–12 school district in San Francisco. The district added two of the company’s mixes to its menu offerings for children with specific food allergies. For families accustomed to packing separate meals or worrying about cross-contact, seeing a safe and delicious option served at school can be truly meaningful.
The expansion comes at a pivotal time. More consumers are looking for clean ingredients and functional foods that do more than simply fill a plate. At the same time, the growing prevalence of food allergies and autoimmune conditions is creating an urgent need for inclusive options in high-volume kitchens.
Eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. meets that need with mixes made from thoughtfully selected ingredients, including tigernut, tapioca, apple, and banana flours. The products are certified gluten-free and produced in a dedicated Top 14 allergen-free facility.
What began as a direct-to-consumer baking brand is becoming something bigger: a foodservice solution built around inclusion. Because whether someone is eating at home, on campus, at school, or on vacation, everyone deserves a seat at the table—and something wildly delicious on the plate.
The products are now available in bulk through three of the largest national foodservice distributors -- Sysco, US Foods and Gordon Foods.
