Where We Ship

We currently ship orders throughout the United States and Canada.

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with your order information and tracking details, if available.

During holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order size, and available shipping method.

Eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Free shipping offers are subject to the terms shown at checkout and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

U.S. orders:
Most U.S. orders arrive within [X–X business days] after shipment.

Canadian orders:
Canadian orders generally arrive within 8–18 days from our fulfillment center.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Canadian Orders, Duties, and Customs

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@eatgangster.com.

We will do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and final delivery are handled by the carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, your building/mailroom, and the shipping carrier first.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us at info@eatgangster.com and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders or Quality Issues

Because Eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. makes food products, we are unable to accept returns once a package has left our facility.

However, if your order arrives damaged or you experience a quality issue with one of our products, we want to know and we want to make it right. Please contact us at info@eatgangster.com within [X days] of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

A team member will respond as soon as possible.

Returns

For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has left the Eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. facility.

Gift cards are non-returnable.
