Dark Choconot Fudge Cake Mix

Our Dark Choconot Fudge cake mix is as chocolatey as it comes...without the chocolate!  So, for those on restrictive diets, let them eat cake.  Without grains, eggs, dairy, nuts and more, our cake mixes are delicious just as they are.  Or, show off your creative flare by adding fruits, vegetables and more.  Enjoy as a cake, muffins or cupcakes, too!


Ingredients: Organic Tigernut Flour, Tapioca Flour, Organic Carob Powder, Grass-Fed Beef Gelatin, Baking Soda, Himalayan Pink Salt, Organic Vanilla Bean Powder



6 TBSP Coconut oil
3/4 Cup Water
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
2 TSP Apple Cider Vinegar

1. Preheat oven to 350°f.

2. Stir Melted Coconut oil & water into cake mix until it forms a batter, once fully mixed, add the apple cider vinegar, stir again until mixed.

3. Add 1/3 cup dried fruit If Desired

4. Pour Mix into 8x8 Cake Pan or 12 Muffin tins, filling each well 2/3 of the way.

5. Bake 33-36 Minutes (For Cake) or 20-22 Minutes (For Cupcakes/Muffins).

6. Let Cool. Enjoy as is or Frost if you wish! Store in Fridge or Freezer for freshness.
