AIP / Allergy-Friendly Gluten-Free Soft Pretzels

  • 1 eat GANGSTER Pizza Crust & Flatbread Mix

  • 1/4 cup Oil

  • 1/3 cup Water

  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • ~ 2 TBSPs Course Pretzel Salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Mix up your dough as directed on the back of the pouch.  

  3. Place your dough into a piping bag (or a ziplock baggie will do just fine!)

  4. Pipe the dough into pretzel shapes onto parchment-lined baking sheet

  5. Sprinkled with course pretzel salt as desired.  Feel free to add cinnamon sugar instead or garlic powder, seeds and more for an “everything” pretzel!

  6. Bake for 12-18 minutes (depending on size and desired crunchiness!).  About 14-16 mins will give you that traditional soft pretzel.
