We love the combination of strawberries and bananas — who doesn’t?!  Here’s an easy crepe that is sure to delight!

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1 eat GANGSTER Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1/3 cup Oil 
  • 1 - 1 1/4 Cup Water
  • 3 TBSPs Maple Syrup
  • 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar

Before we start, note one thing!  On the product packaging, the suggested liquid ingredients are less than what we listed below.  This is because for crepes, we will want a slightly looser batter!  Okay, onward.

DIRECTIONS:

1) Preheat your griddle to low-medium heat.

2) While it heats, prepare your filling by slicing fresh strawberries and bananas.  Alternatively, you can choose to sautee the strawberries, adding maple syrup or honey for added sweetness.  Set aside.

3) In a medium-sized bowl, add your eat GANGSTER Pancake & Waffle Mix.  Then add in Oil, Water and Maple Syrup.

4) Once combined, stir in the Apple Cider Vinegar.

5) Ensuring your griddle is on low-medium heat, pour your crepe batter, spreading to desired thickness.  Flip when batter is lightly browned.

6) Allow to cool and add your fillings and toppings of choice, folding or rolling crepes as desired.
