March 12, 2026

There’s something irresistibly decadent about a caramel banana bread loaf—rich, gooey caramel paired with warm, tender banana bread is pure indulgence. But when you’re eating free from the top 14 allergens, treats like this can feel nearly impossible to enjoy. That’s why eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. created an incredible Caramel Banana Bread Loaf recipe using our Banana Bread Mix—and it just happens to be vegan, too!

INGREDIENTS

For the loaf:

- eat GANGSTER Banana Bread Mix

- 1 and 1/4 cup ripe bananas

- 1/3 cup Oil (Avocado Oil is best!)

- 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

For the caramel:

- 1 cup Coconut Cream

- 3/4 cup Coconut/Date Sugar

- 1/8 tsp Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Bake the Banana Bread loaf as directed on back of pouch.  While cooling, prepare your caramel.

2)  In medium saucepan mix together coconut cream, coconut/date sugar and salt. Bring to a simmer, allowing all sugar to dissolve. Remove from heat. Sauce will thicken as it cools, but use a tapioca flour if needed.

3) Pour the caramel sauce over top of the bread, prior to serving

ENJOY!
