Chewy Choconot Brownies with Raspberry Sauce

By swapping traditional ingredients for healthier alternatives, you can enjoy brownies with a lower glycemic impact and added nutrients and fiber!  We are lovvvving our new Chewy Choconot Brownie Mix however we can, but adding a little raspberry drizzle seems to elevate things to the next level!

The natural sweetness and slight tartness of raspberries perfectly complement the fudgy richness of the brownies - whether made from chocolate or in our case, carob! Raspberries are loaded with vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants, adding a burst of nutrition to every bite. Here's how we made this decadent treat!

 

DIRECTIONS:

1) Preheat oven to 350F.

2) Mix up and bake your eat GANGSTER Chewy Choconot Brownie mix as directed on the back of your pouch.

3) While your brownies bake, whip up this easy 3 ingredient Raspberry sauce, made from @get.inspired.everyday!

  • 12 ounces frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 6 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla

Add dates to a blender, adding water to loosen as necessary.  Blend until smooth.  Add the raspberries and vanilla and blend just until combined.

3) Remove brownies from oven, cool and slice into squares.

4) Stack brownies and add a dollop of coconut cream or nice cream.  Pour raspberry sauce atop and enjoy!
