May 21, 2021

While our baking mixes stand on their own as delicious cookies and cakes, just as they are, we have found they are also great for getting creative in your kitchen and trying new spins on things. Whether you have a special occasion or are just craving something a little more out-of-the-box, our baking mixes can be a great base for whatever you have in mind!

Since our launch in January 2020, we have had such fun playing around with recipes, and here are our Top 5 favorite eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. recipes that use our mixes as a base, and give a fresh (and delicious!) take on our products. And because all of our mixes are all the “FREEs” you can please your gut and just about everyone else’s dietary restrictions or preferences!

Carrot cake is an awesome AIP decadence–that is actually totally achievable and absolutely delicious when you use our Cinnawin Spice Cake Mix. This recipe is doable as Carrot Cake Muffins too!

Did you know that rhubarb is rich in antioxidants, particularly anthocyanins and proanthocyanidins. These antioxidants have anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer properties. With all that, hey, why not eat them in a pie? This recipe calls for using one (or more!) of our Oatmeal Schmoatmeal cookie mixes.

    AIP Chicken Pot Pie

What? You can make something savory from your mixes? YES. Because our cookie mixes have the consumer add their own sweetener, you can choose to add no sweetener at all, and enjoy a savory crusty pot-pie instead! We specifically recommend our Sugar Cookie Mix for this recipe!

Whether it's wintertime and you are craving that icy holiday flavor of mint and chocolate…. or it's in the heat of summer and mint is as refreshing as it gets, this Mint Choconot Layer Cake will not disappoint. We, of course, use our Dark Choconot Fudge cake mix as the base, and do super simple tweaks to make it refreshingly minty too!

Well, this doesn’t sound very AIP, does it? It is hard to believe an ice cream pie can be AIP, but with the right tweaks, it's totally doable. And totally worth it. In this recipe, our Carob Fudge cookie mix gets even yummier as it serves as a pie crust for a “Cookies & Cream” Ice cream pie!
