This Cinnamon Raisin is as good as its gets, and its good for breakfast, lunch or dinner! On each pouch, we share 3 different recipes for how you can use the mix, and this Cinnamon Raisin recipe will not disappoint!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Oil (for the bread)
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 TBSPs Coconut or Date Sugar
- 1 TBSP Cinnamon
- 2 TBSPs Oil (for the drizzle)
- 1/4 cup Raisins
DIRECTIONS:
1) Mix the dough as directed on the back of the pouch, adding water, oil and then apple cider vinegar.
2) On parchment-lined baking sheet, gently press dough into a 9-10" circle with fingers, about 1/8" thick. Flour your fingers if dough seems sticky.
3) In a separate bowl, make your Cinnamon Sugar Drizzle! Add coconut/date sugar, cinnamon, 2 TBSPs oil and 1/4 cup raisins and combine.
4) Stir or fold the Cinnamon Sugar Drizzle into the mix OR simply drizzle atop the dough.
5) Bake 14-16 minutes, then remove from oven, allow to cool and enjoy!
