This spiced cookie character, known for outwitting various pursuers, has become a beloved figure in holiday traditions worldwide. Today, gingerbread remains a symbol of festive joy, with families and bakers continuing the tradition of crafting and enjoying these delicious, aromatic treats during the holiday season. And now, you can enjoy it sans gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs and more!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
1 pouch eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. Sugar Cookie Mix
5 tsps Molasses Powder
1.5 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
1/4 cup Oil
6 TBSP Maple Syrup
2 TBSP Water
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Pour your eat GANGSTER Sugar Cookie Mix into a large bowl. Add molasses powder, cinnamon, ginger and ground cloves. Stir to combine.
3. Add oil, water and maple syrup. Stir to combine.
4. Roll out on parchment paper to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into desired shapes (ie, Gingerbread Men & Women!)
5. Bake 8-10 mins. Remove from oven. Cool & Decorate as you wish!
