To make the cookies, just mix up and bake our Oatmeal Schmoatmeal Cookie Mix as directed. Allow to cool.
FILLING:
Mix up our Cinnawin Cream Frosting Mix as directed. Then, for every 1 cup of frosting, add 2 TBSPs Pumpkin Puree. Mix until combined.
Fill cookie sandwiches with frosting and Enjoy! Consider making minis for a bite-sized treat!
